Dr. Mosquera has more than 35 years of experience in the management of financial, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions.

- During his professional career, Dr. Mosquera has held senior public positions such as: Superintendent of Banking and National Director of Public Credit of the Ministry of Finance, positions that have allowed him considerable knowledge and experience in national and international financial law.
- Dr. Mosquera has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Colombian Stock Exchange (formerly the Bogota Stock Exchange) for more than 13 years; he has been a member of the Superior Disciplinary Tribunal of the Securities Market, member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Market Self-Regulatory Body (AMV), Chairman of said Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Securities Market Arbitration Center; positions where knowledge of the financial and capital markets, their operation and regulation, are fundamental elements.
Since 1973 he has worked as a partner of the firm Mosquera Abogados, directing the area specialized in the practice of commercial and financial law, providing national and international legal advice to multinationals, financial institutions, and companies in both the public and private sectors. - Dr. Mosquera has experience in Colombian financial and exchange legislation, as well as in the regulation of state-owned entities and their particular operation and functioning.
- Dr. Mosquera has experience in the purchase and sale of companies in both domestic and international transactions, with special emphasis on privatization processes.
