Successful representation of TIGO telecommunications

Mosquera Abogados successfully represented Colombian telecommunications service provider TIGO UNE in the negotiation of its counter-guarantees totaling USD1 billion with local and international insurance companies and financial institutions, to support the award of the 5G Mobile 5G telecommunications spectrum in Colombia to TIGO UNE.
